🚚 Shipping Policy

At Nuwara, we aim to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and on time. All orders are processed within 1–2 working days once payment is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • 📦 West Malaysia: 2–4 working days
  • 📦 East Malaysia: 3–6 working days
  • 🌍 International Orders: 7–14 working days (depending on courier availability)

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. You may use this tracking number to monitor the delivery progress of your parcel.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate before confirming your order. Nuwara will not be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by customers.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

At Nuwara, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Sale or promotional items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
